Waipatiki Beach Holiday Park is situated 30 min north from Napier off SH2 Napier Wairoa Rd. after leaving SH2 you travel 11kms along the Tangoio Rd then Waipatiki Rd to reach the Waipatiki Valley. Our holiday park is in a farm setting overlooking Waipatiki Beach a golden sandy beach just 300m away. The park is terraced to make the most of the fantastic views.
You can sit on the terrace of your cabin or in your tent and watch the sun rise, listen to the sound of the waves and the birds sing. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach and the variety of walks.
As we are situated at the end of a working farm, cattle sheep and horses can be viewed while driving or walking. Poultry, ducks and turkeys add to the farm atmosphere. Bookings are recommended especially over the summer months.

Walking tracks around the coast both north and south give access to a variety of small bays and Aropaoanui beach to the north. On a clear day you can see from Mahia Peninsular to Cape Kidnappers.
Bush walks in the Waipatiki valley take you through now rare examples of coastal bush with 600year old kahikatea trees, nikau palms and numerous other native species with abundant bird life such as kereru, fantails tui and bellbirds. Redwood forest, follow the walking track as it winds its way through the redwoods and native plantings.
Your horse can be accommodated by arrangement with areas to ride.
Waipatiki Beach is situated only 30min from Napier giving you have the benefit of all the attractions Hawkes Bay has to offer, with excellent restaurants and wineries, National Aquarium, plus many other attractions.
